International Teachers Forum at Western Caspian University: priorities and challenges of future education discussed.

Today's education shapes tomorrow's society. Guided by this idea, Western Caspian University hosted the International Teachers Forum on the theme "Actual Problems of Future Education". The forum aimed to assess global trends in education, analyze challenges and share innovative approaches to the future. The event aroused wide international interest due to its content and format.

Representatives of prestigious higher education institutions, educators, education politicians and scientists from many countries of the world - Turkey, the USA, Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other states attended the forum. Their joint participation created a wide opportunity for comparing different education models and exchanging experiences.

Global education systems are compulsory to adapt to new realities created by new technologies, artificial intelligence, social changes and the climate crisis. In this regard, the role of teachers becomes even more important: they are not only transmitters of knowledge, but also shapers of the future.

The speakers covered issues such as the impact of artificial intelligence on the teaching process, the redesign of teacher-student relationships, the future role of distance and hybrid education models, and meeting the emotional and social needs of students.

In the modern era, it is important to use digital tools effectively to create methods that attract the interest of students. Some speakers noted that technologies such as augmented reality, virtual laboratories, and adaptive learning platforms have already entered classrooms.

Participants also touched on important issues such as ensuring equal opportunities in education, the impact of socio-economic differences on learning outcomes, and the creation of educational programs based on cultural diversity. It was specially noted that after the global pandemic, the problems in these areas have deepened, and it is important to strengthen international cooperation for their solution.
